Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event that your order is cancelled, you shall be promptly refunded.
All sales by third-party affiliates are subject to their Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policies. We are not liable for damage(s) caused by third-parties.

11. EU/EEA Consumer Information
If you reside in continental Europe or within the European Economic Area, and purchase directly from Living Word Bibles (not via third-party marketplaces), the following applies in addition to our Terms:

Main characteristics & total price: The key features and total price of each product (including any taxes and fees, where applicable) are shown before checkout. Any delivery costs are shown separately.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns): You have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you (or a person you designate) receives the goods. To exercise the right, email gospel@livingwordbibles.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. We will confirm receipt by email, except as it applies to digital purchases.
Effects of withdrawal: We will refund all payments we received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (if any), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Return of goods: Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or we state otherwise in writing. Please pack items securely; you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This DOES NOT apply to digital eBible products.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to (i) customised or personalised items; (ii) sealed audio/video/software once unsealed; and (iii) digital content supplied by download/streaming after you gave express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged you would lose the 14-day withdrawal right. Third-party marketplaces: If you purchase via Amazon, Lulu, Barnes & Noble or other partners, their terms, return windows and withdrawal processes apply. Our ToS already notes affiliate sales follow the partner’s policies.
Legal guarantees: Your statutory legal guarantee under EU law for lack of conformity remains unaffected.
VAT, customs & delivery: Prices shown in EUR may include VAT where required by law; the final tax amount and any delivery charges are displayed at checkout. If an order ships from outside your country, you may be the importer of record and responsible for any duties/fees shown at checkout.
Governing law & venue for EU consumers: Our Indiana governing-law clause does not limit any mandatory protections you have under the law of your EU country of residence. You may bring claims in the courts of your habitual residence as provided by EU consumer rules.
